PROCEDURES
Breast procedures
Breast Augmentation
For the woman who, feels that her breasts are too small or not properly contoured, cosmetic breast enlargement through surgical breast augmentation may be the answer. Dr. LoVerme specializes in breast augmentation and has been performing the procedure for 20 years for patients in New York and New Jersey. Mastopexy (breast lift), augmentation, breast reduction, and breast reconstruction are all procedures Dr. LoVerme handles with compassionate and confidential care. During your breast surgery consultation with Dr. LoVerme, he will discuss all of your options and answer any questions that you may have so that you can make the most informed decision about your treatment.
Breast Reduction
Breast reduction relieves the physical discomfort often associated with very large breasts and enhances the overall appearance of the breasts and bustline. Breast reduction, as performed at our center serving New York and New Jersey, involves the careful removal of excess breast tissue, fat, and skin to create smaller, firmer breasts.
Breast Reconstruction
(for congenital defects or after mastectomy)
Breast reconstruction surgery is an ideal procedure for women who have undergone mastectomy. At the New Jersey office of Advanced Aesthetics Plastic Surgery Center, Dr. Paul LoVerme has the technology and expertise to recreate the shape of your natural breasts.
Breast Lift ( Mastopexy)
Here in our New Jersey facility, breast lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure designed to raise and reshape sagging breasts. If your breasts are small or have lost volume - for example, after pregnancy - breast implants can be inserted in conjunction with mastopexy to increase both the firmness and the size of the breast. Breast lift surgery can be performed with or without an implant.
Areolar Reduction
The areola is the pink or dark-skinned area that surrounds the nipple. Sometimes, people have naturally large areolas, or the areola can become stretched due to pregnancy and breastfeeding or the natural aging process. For those who are self-conscious about the appearance of their areolas, Dr. Paul LoVerme offers areola reduction surgery.
