Dr. Hadi Michael Rassael graduated from George Washington University, and then went on to complete his PhD majoring in Physiology at Georgetown University. He graduated at the top of his class from The New York College of Medicine. He did his surgical residency at St. Agnes Hospital including training at the world renowned Johns Hopkins Burn center in Baltimore, Maryland. In his training he had the opportunity to learn the surgical skills to perform body and facial surgery. After his general surgery training, he continued his studies at AFIP/Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, DC where he completed his Head & Neck Fellowship.
Due to his passion for cosmetic surgery, Hadi Rassael took it upon himself to further fine tune, not only his surgical techniques but also to learn the art of facial and body contouring plastic surgery. His Training with world renown surgeons, such as Dr Lore', Dr Gallagher and Dr Nuveen has made him an exceptional cosmetic surgeon. On a training journey, he worked with several plastic surgeons in Baltimore, Maryland.

• BREAST AUGMENTATION – Breast Augmentation Bethesda
Bethesda Breast augmentation surgery involves the technique by which a woman's breasts are made larger. This is performed by using an implant, usually filled with saline solution, to increase the size of the breast. The breast implant is placed under the chest muscle (pectoralis major muscle) or above the muscle via several common incisions. Bethesda Breast augmentation is usually performed as an outpatient procedure under general or deep sedation anesthesia in our offices.

• BREAST LIFT – Breast lift Bethesda
A mastopexy or breast lift is a surgical procedure performed to reshape the breast and return it to a more youthful position. Drooping of the breast may occur after pregnancy as well as aging. Frequently a breast implant may be used in conjunction with a Bethesda breast lift in order to achieve better results. Depending on the amount of breast lifting that needs to be accomplished, different techniques may be used that involve different incisions. Generally, the more lifting that is required, the larger the incision (and therefore the scar).

• LIPOSUCTION – Liposuction Bethesda

Bethesda Rhinoplasty, or surgery to reshape the nose, is one of the most common of all plastic surgery procedures. Rhinoplasty can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip.
I approach rhinoplasty as a form of balancing. By thinking of the nose as divided into an upper, middle, and lower third, I can enhance, narrow and refine each area individually. In many cases, these procedures can be combined with functional nasal surgery to help enhance breathing when indicated. Each patient is different and for each patient I formulate an individual plan. Through computer imaging and patient evaluation we can define a nose that balances and enhances the patient's face without detracting from the other features.

Hair transplantation surgery is a minor, in office procedure which can result in a complete, natural, fuller head of hair. Our experienced physicians and staff can treat receding hairlines as well as thinning hair on top of the head. A natural look is achieved using micro, mini, or single hair grafts (also called follicular units). Permanent lifetime hairs are abundant on the sides and back of the head on virtually all men and woman. The laser sends short pulses of light into the tattoo pigment. The light travels through the upper layers of your skin and are absorbed into the tattoo. The energy absorbed by the tattoo causes the tattoo to "break apart" into smaller particles. The body's own immune system will then remove the tattoo completely from the skin.

Laser stretch mark surgery is similar to the treatment of scars. The procedure involves a very narrow and intensive beam of light that transmits through the skin. This beam loosens the collagen fibers and the actual stretch mark scarring. The laser energy also causes slight inflammation in the dermis (middle layer of skin). This prompts the body to restructure that particular area, creating new tissue. Over time this procedure helps the stretch marks scars to fade.

The Endermologie™ machine, wasdeveloped in France over a decade. The procedure uses rollers and gentle suctioning to deeply massage cellulite and stretch marks, increasing the circulation by up to 200 %.

This procedure reduces toxins and abnormal water buildup. Thia causes exfoliation in conjunction with

the stretching of the fibers, and is very helpful in reducing the appearance of stretch marks. You can expect to wear a body stocking as a doctor runs the suctioning rollers over your body, concentrating on the affected areas. Each session lasts a half hour, but to see results, a series of treatments is recommended.
The majority of patients are very pleased with what they achieve without surgery, downtime, or scarring. You may require multiple treatments to achieve your desired results. A regimen of excercise, diet and, vitamins is also recommended to enhance and maintain the benifits of Endermologie.
