Breast augmentation, or breast enlargement, is a surgical procedure that will increase the size and improve the shape and lift of your breasts. It is performed as a day surgery procedure under general anaesthetic and, given the extent of physical activity you undertake, you should recover fully within one to two weeks.

 

• BREAT REDUCTION
Breast reduction surgery is an operation in which excessive breast tissue and the overlying skin are removed. It will reduce the size of your breasts while at the same time lifting your breasts and improving their shape. Breast reduction can also help alleviate neck and upper back pain, and skin irritation, which is often associated with large, heavy breasts.

• BREAST LIFT
Mastopexy or “breast lift” surgery is often performed to correct droopy breasts which is a medical condition known as “Ptosis.” A mastopexy lifts your breasts and improves their shape by restoring volume or fullness to the upper part of your breast. The excess skin is removed and the breast tissue is re-shaped restoring fullness to the upper breast and re-positioning the nipple in the middle of your breast.
This operation can be performed as a Day Surgery procedure.

 

• RHINOPLASTY

A traumatic injury to your nose can change its shape and make it more difficult for you to breathe and many people often undergo rhinoplasty to correct this.

• ABDOMINOPLASTY
An abdominoplasty, commonly referred to as a “tummy tuck”, is an operation to remove excess abdominal skin and fat and, in most cases, tightens the abdominal muscles at the same time. It corrects unwanted abdominal bulges, improves your waistline, tightens your skin and improves the appearance of your belly button.
The surgery is performed under general anaesthetic and usually requires a one to two night stay in hospital with full recovery in two to six weeks.

Otoplasty is an operation that reduces the prominence of your ears. Also called “ear pinning” the operation “pins” the ears back but doesn’t, in any way, affect hearing.

• CLEFT PALATE SURGERY
In the early weeks of development, long before a child is born, the right and left sides of the lip and the roof of the mouth normally grow together. Occasionally, however, in about one in every 800 babies those sections don't quite meet. A child born with a separation in the upper lip is said to have a cleft lip. A similar birth defect in the roof of the mouth, or palate, is called a cleft palate. Since the lip and the palate develop separately it is possible for a child to have a cleft lip, a cleft palate, or both.
In some children, a cleft palate may involve only a tiny portion at the back of the roof of the mouth while for others it can mean a complete separation that extends from front to back.
Just as in cleft lip, cleft palate may appear on one or both sides of the upper mouth.
Repairing a cleft palate involves more extensive surgery and is usually done when the child is nine to 18 months old, so the baby is bigger and better able to tolerate the surgery.
